Your appointment is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient and are subject to the full cost of the appointment. For complete details, please refer to the policies section on our website.

NEW PATIENTS must complete the Health History Intake form minimum 24 hours before appointment. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being cancelled.

All new patients are required to reserve their appointment time with a valid credit card. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, as outlined in our cancellation policy

As of January 1, 2026 there will be a slight increase to some of our massage therapy services. The adjustment reflects increasing expenses associated with accessing high-quality continuing education for our therapists. Ongoing professional development allows us to provide you with safe, current, and effective treatment.
